REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you.

However, once an order has already been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the item according to this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item once it has been approved and place a new order for the replacement product.

Customs Clearance

For international orders, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance procedures. Vel Wear is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities in the destination country.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
